Introduction

Gloji launched an initiative to support individuals in their journey to quit smoking: Gloji Smoke-Free. I was invited to collaborate with the senior designer and marketing department to help establish the visual identity of this new
sub-brand. The goal was to create a compelling and cohesive design system that would resonate with the target audience and effectively communicate the program’s mission.
My Role
As part of this project, I contributed to several key aspects of the brand development:
Logo Creation: Designed a fitting logo that aligned with the Gloji brand while establishing a distinct identity for Gloji Smoke-Free and the stakeholders.
Marketing Collateral: Created eye-catching poster and flyer mockups in Adobe InDesign, ensuring clear messaging and strong visual appeal to encourage participation in the program.
Website Mockups: Used Figma to design web pages that were user-friendly and visually consistent with the
overall branding.
Process & Excecution
Research & Concept Development: I worked closely with the senior designer and marketing team to understand the goals of Gloji Smoke-Free and analyze competitor branding. We explored various visual directions that would appeal to individuals seeking support in quitting smoking.
Logo Design: Using Adobe Illustrator, I developed multiple logo concepts, refining them based on feedback to ensure they captured the essence of a modern brand while remaining in line with Gloji’s existing brand.
Marketing Materials: In Adobe InDesign, I designed promotional materials such as flyers and posters, incorporating compelling imagery, clear messaging, and strong calls to action.
Digital Experience: Utilizing Figma, website mockups provided a seamless and engaging user experience, ensuring easy access to resources and support.
Outcome
The final branding and marketing materials successfully conveyed the supportive and empowering nature of Gloji Smoke-Free. The designs received positive feedback from stakeholders and were well-received by the target audience. This project reinforced my ability to develop brand identities from the ground up while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
